Nestled within the majestic Annapurna massif, the Annapurna Sanctuary beckons trekkers with its unparalleled beauty and serene atmosphere. Combining the joy of Himalayan trekking with the calming practice of yoga, this journey allows you to appreciate nature's beauty while adding a fresh perspective on the world.

Combining yoga and trekking allows a dedicated time each day to quiet the mind and turn attention inward. Releasing muscle tightness and tension we disconnect from our busy lives, restoring body and mind resulting in a deep connection and awareness of one’s self and our environment.

Our journey takes us through lush forests, and quaint Gurung villages, immersing us in the region's rich culture and stunning landscapes. We follow winding trails leading us closer to Annapurna Base Camp, in the heart of the sanctuary, where we are greeted with breathtaking views of snow-capped peaks, and the south face of Annapurna towering almost 4,000 metres above us.

The Annapurna yoga trek presents not just a physical challenge but a chance to experience the magic of the Himalayas firsthand and with a high point of 4,130 metres, it is perfect for those new to trekking at altitude. It uniquely blends yoga, meditation, and trekking, offering an exceptional way to immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of one of the tallest and most spiritual mountain ranges in the Himalayas.
